Common questions.
01Is TAC a coaching service?+
No — TAC is not a replacement for coaching. It is a medical and performance health clinic designed to help athletes understand physiology, labs, recovery, and health factors that affect performance. We work alongside coaches — not in place of them. TAC is built to be a clinical partner for the athletes you train. Our testing and evaluations give you clean, actionable data: threshold values, metabolic efficiency, fueling insights, and recovery markers that complement your training plan. We speak the language of watts, zones, and periodization. Every TAC report is designed to be shared with a coach, and we welcome collaboration at every step.
02Who is TAC for?+
Cyclists, runners, triathletes, and endurance athletes who want a deeper, athlete-specific approach to health and performance.
03Will appointments be virtual or in-person?+
TAC will offer select virtual services and in-person testing options in Colorado.
04When will TAC launch?+
TAC is preparing for a full launch in Fall 2026 with a limited early launch of select services. Join the early access list for updates.
